1. Services Provided
CloudGUI Technologies provides managed AWS cloud hosting (EC2 Graviton3 instances), Route 53 domain registration, Anycast DNS management, SSL certificates, and technical cloud consulting to businesses, developers, and individuals.
2. 99.99% Uptime SLA Commitment
We guarantee a monthly network and server availability of 99.99% across our Mumbai (`ap-south-1`) and Hyderabad (`ap-south-2`) availability zones. In the rare event of downtime exceeding SLA thresholds, customers are eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA Agreement.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Customers agree not to use CloudGUI infrastructure for unlawful activities, including DDoS attacks, unsolicited spam email broadcasting, malware hosting, cryptomining, or phishing schemes. Violations will result in immediate service suspension.
4. Billing, Invoicing & GST
Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) monthly or annually. All bills include 18% GST (SAC 998315) and full Input Tax Credit eligibility for GSTIN-registered entities.
